Hoddesdon Trial Class

Service Description

Trial Classes are NON REFUNDABLE, but ARE TRANSFERABLE by REQUEST ONLY After completing a trial class, your first months membership will be discounted by £5. All students must pre-book their attendance, with a minimum of 30mins before the class is to take place or you maybe refused entry. This is to aid our track and trace efforts which must be carried out for us to be allowed to train! If you are showing symptoms of Covid-19 when you are actually due to attend the class, please stay at home and follow government guidelines. If you have made a booking and for some reason can no longer attend, you must cancel with a minimum of 24hrs notice before the class is due to take place as to free up space for other students wanting to train but have previously missed out due to high demand. Failing to give 24hr notice will result in NO REFUND for pre-paid classes and are NOT TRANSFERABLE to the following membership period. TRIAL CLASSES ARE TRANSFERABLE by request only but are NON REFUNDABLE FOR COMPLETE CANCELLATION.
