The FCA is an independent self defence training academy specialising in the teaching of the Israeli Krav Maga system.  Originally developed in Israel and taught to the IDF (Israeli Defence Forces) by its founder Imi Lichtenfeld.  The system has been developed and adapted appropriately for use in everyday life as a self defence system by everyday civilians such as you. Krav Maga is becoming very popular all over the world. It is easy to learn, practical and extremely effective as self defence for women, men and children of any age or size.
